Electronic Applications

Electronic or e Applications is a new and easy way to submit your smaller cases. A few carriers have rolled out this new process. Here are the highlights for processing an e application:

  • Simplicity - The process involves filling out fields on a few screens. Once these fields are completed, both you and your client can be assured of having an IGO or in good order application.
  • Speed - An In Good Order application processes in days rather than weeks. Once the application is submitted, the carrier will conduct a phone interview, order exams, and medical records if needed.
  • Flexibility - An application can be "e-signed" and submitted via the carrier's website or they can be printed at any time and submitted in the same manner as traditional business.

Each link will take you to an external web site. Please keep in mind that it is important to register with these websites. We can only offer very limited support with these external services, if there are basic log in or site related issues, it is most advisable to contact their support teams.

Be reminded that you will need to provide your agent number through us during the sign up process. We can provide you with that number if you need it, please give us a call.

Genworth Life Quick Request

The Genworth LQR can be accessed by clicking here. You will also be able to access their e applications via our quote engine found under Agent Resources. Click here for documentation from Genworth that gives an over view of their process.

iGo EZ App with Genworth

We have an agreement with Genworth which allows agents to process an iGo application via our quote engine. Once a Genworth quote is prepared from our site, you will notice a green iGo button which enables users to complete an application. Agents can also click here to access the iGo portal directly. Keep in mind when entering an application through this service, exams and medical records are not automatically ordered, they can be ordered by our case managers.

West Coast Life EZ App

John Hancock Sales Net

The URL to access JH Sales Net is: https://www.jhillustrator.com/lifeforms/Login.aspx to access John Hancock's e application program which is part of JH Sales Net.  http://www.pages04.net/1684/JHe-Signature/ is the link to their help site which gives a brief overview of their application process. Be advised: Agent's can complete the iGo application similar to other carriers, but a wet signature is required. We do not have an agreement for John Hancock to complete the e-signature. A printed application can be mailed to our office for processing.
